After signing up and selecting your desired plan, you will receive a welcome email containing a link to schedule an onboarding call with your account manager.
During the onboarding call, we’ll discuss your company details and style preferences to ensure our work aligns perfectly with your brand. You can expect to receive the first batch of content for review and approval within 5 business days.

Yes. Social media posts will be sent to you for review and approval before they are posted on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. You can select your preferred frequency.
With the Content Creation and Social Media Management Packages, Instagram is the social media platform included. You can request additional platforms during your onboarding meeting for $99/month each:

• Pinterest
TikTok and YouTube accounts are only included in our Premium Package.
It is recommended to provide proprietary images and video files about your business if you have any. If you do not have media files of your business, our social media team will curate videos and create graphics with premium stock images; always aligning the content with your brand identity.
We will make modifications and the necessary changes until you are 100% satisfied with the content before it goes live.
Certainly, you can cancel anytime, we understand that circumstances can change. As we work on a month-to-month basis, we do ask you to cancel your subscription at least 7 days before it renews as we usually start working on your posts for the following month 1-2 weeks in advance.
